Member of the American College of Trust and Estate Council; Past Vice Chair, ABA Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, Special Committee on LLC’s; Past Vice Chair, ABA Section on Real Property, Probate & Trust Law, Special Committee on Unincorporated Entities; Chair, ABA Section on Real Property Probate & Trust Law; Chair, ABA Section on Real Property, Probate & Trust Law, Partnership Committee. Presently serving or has served on the Board of the following non-profit organizations: Temple Free Clinic, J.A.I.L. Ministry, and Hope Pregnancy Center, as well as several other private and community charitable organizations.
