Cindy Chapman Posey is the newest board member bringing leadership and communication expertise to the organization. As the Principal Owner of Posey Consulting, Cindy is committed to helping organizations thrive through talent and leadership development, effective communication, and adept change management strategies.

With a 20-year career in communication at The University of Texas at Austin, Cindy has honed her skills and knowledge in the field. Her journey spans over 30 years, during which she was a leader in internal, organizational and crisis communication. Beyond her professional achievements, Cindy demonstrates a passion for educating future generations as she created a 501 C3 that provided tutoring for students-in-need in Georgetown, Texas, as the Director of The Georgetown Exemplary Schools Campaign and was an adjunct instructor at the University of Central Florida, Southwestern University, The University of Memphis, Mary Hardin Baylor University, Yavapai Community College, and Austin Community College.
